This past week, I worked on the Content Delivery Plans, Sitemaps, and Naming Conventions for my clients. I am glad my clients’ schedules worked out so all of them line up. This means that I am doing the same work for all of them in the same week. This is helping me to further perfect my process since I have to complete the same task back to back for each client. The more I perform the tasks, the less time it takes me.
Before each task I complete, I do a little research and review some templates to see how I am going to approach the task. I do not charge my clients for the time it takes to do my research. The sitemaps did not take a lot of time to complete. I used Microsoft Word to complete them. The naming conventions were easy since they are not that client specific.
After this week, I should be finished with the Site Structures phase and be able to move on to the Visual Design phase. Hopefully, things will go as well as they have been.

It sounds like you have a really good flow going on. I hope that after these clients you experience similar situations. Even so, the more practice you get building these documents and processes now, the easier and quicker it will be as you get more clients. Great work!
That is really nice that your projects have all lined up! I have noticed site maps are easy to make, I usually use PowerPoint’s Smart Art feature so that it will convert a big bulleted list of sub-bullets into a site map, and then I export it to Word by screenshotting it. I am curious to know what method you use.
